Description
This 100kVA, twelve channel unit provides twelve output channels of power and temperature control of up to thirty six, 65V, 45A, 2.7kW ceramic heating elements for preheating or post weld heat treatment of pipe or fabrication welds or other fabrications where controlled heating is required. The heat treatment process is controlled by two built in P183 six channel programmers for twelve channel program, automatic control. Recording is provided by a 12 channel, Chino EH3127-001 temperature chart recorder

The rear panel includes:
- • twelve type K thermocouple panel mounted input sockets
- • moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB)
- • twenty four 0V and 65V output , 300A, panel mounted twistlock sockets.
- • two 110V auxiliary sockets for supplying power for thermocouple attachment units (TAU) for recharging.
